Refund & Returns Policy

Vehicle Inspection & Return Window
All vehicle purchases include a 72-hour inspection period from the time of delivery or pickup. During this window, the buyer may request a return if the vehicle has undisclosed mechanical issues not reflected in the vehicle report. The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as received, with no additional mileage exceeding 150 km.
Deposit Refund Policy
Reservation deposits are fully refundable within 48 hours of payment, provided the purchase agreement has not been signed. After 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable unless the vehicle is found to have undisclosed defects confirmed by our certified mechanic.
Financing Cancellation
If your financing application is denied after a deposit has been paid, you are entitled to a full deposit refund. Please provide written proof of financing denial from your lender. Refunds in this case are processed within 5–7 business days.
Trade-In Vehicle Policy
Trade-in valuations are valid for 7 days from the date of appraisal. Once a trade-in vehicle has been accepted and the deal finalised, the trade-in cannot be reversed or returned. Trusted Auto Finds reserves the right to re-evaluate the trade-in value if the condition of the vehicle changes prior to finalisation.
Documentation & Administrative Fees
Documentation and administrative fees are non-refundable once processing has begun. These fees cover title transfer, registration, and government filing costs incurred on behalf of the buyer.
No Refund After Title Transfer
Once the vehicle title has been officially transferred to the buyer’s name, all sales are considered final and non-refundable. We encourage all buyers to thoroughly inspect the vehicle and review all documentation before signing.
